Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using ImageFx ("the Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Overview

ImageFx enables users to generate and edit images from text prompts and to save or share the results.

2. Account

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information and keep it updated;
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account and for safeguarding your credentials.

3. Acceptable Use

• Do not upload, generate, or share content that is illegal, violent, pornographic, hateful, harassing, or infringes third-party rights;
• Do not reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Service;
• Do not use the Service to train or improve competing models or services;
• Violations may result in content removal and account suspension or termination.

4. Intellectual Property

• Unless otherwise stated, ImageFx, its trademarks, codebase, and model algorithms are owned by the ImageFx team;
• You retain copyrights to images you lawfully generate and may use them for commercial or non-commercial purposes in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws.

5. Payments and Refunds

• Payments for credits or subscriptions are charged immediately upon purchase;
• Except where required by law, completed purchases are non-refundable;
• If you believe a billing error has occurred, contact support@imagefx.site within 7 days.

6. Disclaimer

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind;
• We are not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from your use or inability to use the Service. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid to ImageFx in the preceding 12 months.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore unless otherwise required by local laws;
• Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, the dispute shall be finally settled by arbitration at the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC).

8. Changes to the Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted in the app or on our website and will take effect upon posting. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
